The Knockdown Process

Block Assessment
Let’s inspect your block to establish the most suitable designs for your piece of land, giving you a selection of floor plans to consider.
02.
Select your home design
With more than 75 Coldon Homes designs to choose from, as well as the option to build your own custom home, we’ll work with you to decide on a design that suits both your needs, and the layout of your block of land.
03.
Contracts
When you have selected your home design, we’ll organise the paperwork and finalise the building contract.
04.
Demolition
We’ll manage the entire knock down process, and work with one of our trusted demolition contractors to remove the existing house and prepare your block for new construction while you sit back, relax and get excited for your new home.
05.
New home build
It’s time to start the construction of your dream Coldon Home! Our Site Supervisors will work with you and provide consistent communication to ensure a smooth build process.
